FREY (Freyr), a legendary name among gods and a prominent Vanir, whose meaning derives from the word "lord". A regal name for our line of multipurpose pouches, as they can be used both as inserts or as classic external pouches, and can be attached via Velcro or MOLLE to our plate carriers, increasing configurability according to the mission.
What makes the FREY G36 TRIPLE POUCH special?
It meets the current need for versatile and configurable gear, where the operator can use the FREY pouch either as an external attachment by Velcro or MOLLE, or as an internal element in box systems.
Materials
High-performance elastic fabric: Allows adaptability in the use of different types of magazines due to the elasticity of the material, and is especially useful when inserting magazines under stress, where some give helps make insertion easier.
1000D nylon fabric throughout the pouch for maximum resistance to continuous use. The same material is used for the upper pull tab, designed for efficient use even with gloves.
Female Velcro on the front to secure the pouch inside the box (FLOKI BOX) when used as an insert, or to the cummerbunds when they close in front of the pouch line, as well as a surface to attach ID elements or patches. On the back, it features male Velcro, as well as on the integrated MOLLE straps, ensuring firm attachment whether placed inside or outside the plate carrier.
Adaptive size
To address the size variation issues among different magazine types, we’ve integrated elastic bands on the sides to make the Frey line pouches compatible and fully functional with similarly sized magazines. An additional benefit of this construction is the ease of reinserting the magazine into the pouch, as even under stress, the elasticity helps guide the magazine into the opening.
Versatility
The main advantage of the Frey pouch line is its versatility, being usable both as inserts in plate carriers that use internal Velcro retention systems, and on plate carriers with external attachment systems, either MOLLE or Velcro.
