What makes the HARDRADA belt special?

The Hardrada belt features an internal base made of TEGRIS®, a semi-rigid material developed for the military industry. Its primary function is to provide rigidity to the design without adding weight, thanks to its low density. It also offers great impact resistance, even at temperatures as low as -40 °C.

To enhance comfort, the design is covered with nylon, rounding off the belt's edges. Laser-cut MOLLE has been applied all around its perimeter, allowing for the installation of pouches using the traditional MOLLE system or Velcro, thanks to its double-belt design with Velcro fastening.

Multifunctional

Hardrada consists of two belts:

Inner Belt: The inner side is made of nylon, allowing smooth sliding through the buckles, while the outer side is made of female Velcro, which serves to secure the position of the outer belt. With a height of 5 cm, it is extremely thin to provide a low profile and ensure the main belt stays as close to the body as possible.

Outer Belt: Also 5 cm in height, it is very thin to maintain a low profile. The inner side features male Velcro, allowing attachment to the inner belt, while the outer side features female Velcro, enabling the addition of pouches via the Velcro system (in addition to the possibility of using the MOLLE system).

MOLLE and Velcro

The belt features a MOLLE line that extends around its entire perimeter up to the closure (COBRA® or G-Hook, depending on the model), providing maximum space for attaching any type of pouch along its perimeter.

Pouches can be attached using the MOLLE system (thanks to the laser-cut lines) or via Velcro, thanks to its triple Velcro area: the inner belt and both sides of the outer belt.

The belt's closure systems allow for size adjustment at both available closures: COBRA® 25mm (Father Model) or G-Hook (Son Model).

The Hardrada belt has been designed to prevent deformation or sagging, even when carrying heavy loads, providing optimal stability and great comfort.

Thanks to TEGRIS® technology, a lightweight and ultra-thin structure is achieved without compromising rigidity or resistance. This material, used in the military industry, significantly reduces the belt's weight compared to traditional methods but retains a higher load capacity and durability.

COBRA®

The HARDRADA FATHER features a COBRA® 25mm buckle, selected for its lightness and low profile.

Manufactured by AustriAlpin, these high-strength buckles are made from aerospace-grade aluminum, making them lightweight and extremely durable. They can withstand high tensions without deforming and feature a locking mechanism that prevents accidental opening under load.
